All Photo-Me photobooths deliver identity photos that meet the International Civil Aviation Organisation standards (“ICAO”), and are therefore suitable for official documents including passports, driving licences and identity cards.
THE NEW PASSPORT STANDARDS
All passport applications must include two identical recent passport photographs. The quality, style and appearance of passport photographs must meet the internationally agreed standards set by the ICAO. The photographs must be a true likeness of you. The following guidelines will help you to take acceptable photographs.
THE PHOTOGRAPH MUST SHOW:
- You facing forwards, looking straight towards the camera
- Your eyes open and clearly visible (with no sunglasses or heavily tinted glasses, and no hair across your eyes)
- a neutral expression with your mouth closed (no obvious grinning, frowning or raised eyebrows)
- Your face uncovered showing your full head, without any head covering,unless it is worn for religious beliefs or medical reasons
- no shadows
- no reflection or glare on your glasses and the frames should not cover your eyes, remove glasses if possible
