The KIS Photobook Maker made its American debut at PMA 09 in Las Vegas last week. Both photo buffs and retail buyers praised this new kiosk, the first end-to-customer solution able to create, print and bind attractive photo albums in minutes.
Cutting edge smart technology software is the cornerstone of the new machine, as it sorts customer photos into an aesthetically pleasing layout, based on photo date and archival properties, in just two minutes. To complete an album consumers simply bring their images on a memory card or UBS stick to the KIS Photobook Maker, select the images to appear in the album and ensure the images are oriented in the right direction. Consumers then choose a photo for the front cover and enter an album name which will be printed on the KIS Photobook cover page and spine. Approximately eight minutes later, consumers leave the kiosk with their new Photobook in hand.
