Photo-Me offers a seven day call out response due to our advanced call centre technology. Our 24 hour centre is the hub of the service communications network. Any problems are directed here so customer queries are dealt with efficiently in a central location. All Photo-Me products have an ID reference number, which is centrally logged at our call centre. This information is relayed to the appropriate engineer and manager using digital communication technology, enabling a fast response.

The call centre also deals with customers who may have experienced problems or have questions about Photo-Me equipment. Photo-Me offers a 100% refund policy and all refunds are dispatched within 7 days to photobooth customers.
